Agritopia Tours in Israel - November 16 - 24, 2013

by B.F. of The Netherlands

I thoroughly loved the Agritopia Isreal Tour.  It was the most interesting journey I've ever taken, and I've travelled a lot!

I found the whole country remarkable.  The most impressive day was at Kibbutz Sde Elyahu, that was my absolute #1 day of the trip.  What an extraordinary way of life and the residents are so innovative.

Thank you Agritopia Tours and the accomplished guide Amir for a breathtaking experience.

Can't wait till the next one!

I challenge anyone to find a better tour of Israel than Agritopia Tours or a better guide than Amir Orly. From the initial stages of packing for the trip through to the sad goodbyes at Ben Gurion Airport when we parted ways on our trip back to Toronto, our trip was exciting, fun and meaningful. Amir developed an itinerary that was interesting and relevant. Not an easy task (I'm sure) when trying to please a group.

The plan was left in the capable hands of our guide Amir whose knowledge of Israel’s ancient as well as modern history, geo-politics and culture was only exceeded by his passion for his remarkable country. A key factor in the success of our trip was Amir’s ability to relate well to us and to make a true connection with each of us. He’s a remarkable person and was delightful to spend extended time with.

From a details and logistics standpoint, this was perhaps the smoothest trip I have ever taken. From going through the airport on arrival to the very clean rooms in each of the hotels we stayed in, to all the sites we visited and the exciting activities, it's something that I will remember forever.

Tel Aviv, Haifa, Galilee, Tiberius, The Golan Heights, Bet Shean, Masada, The Dead Sea, Bethlehem and Jerusalem were all highlights.

If I was to sit down before this trip and write down what would make this a memorable and exciting vacation, I would have sold myself short. It was everything I had hoped and more.

Regards
